Check-in is from 3pm-7pm. please let us know if you plan on arriving after 7pm.

Check-out is between 8am-11am. Please let us know if you plan on checking out before 8am.

The Chateau has 16 bedrooms that fit 2-3 persons pr. room.

If you travel in groups of 2-3 we can put you in the same room upon request.

On arrival you will be given fresh towels and a bathroom basket including:
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Toothbrush & Toothpaste
- Sleeping mask

Quiet hours is from 11pm - 8am. If you choose to stay up later or wake up early, please be respectful to your roommate.

Show respect, kindness and be welcoming. Don’t let anyone feel left alone.

We do not tolerate any violent, bullying or offensive behavior during your stay. If these behaviors are accused we reserve the right to ask you to leave the Chateau.

If you or others get injured during the stay please get in touch with a staff member.

Please do not leave the grounds alone .

It is your own responsibility to keep your belongings safe. You will have a personal small safe next to your bed.
It is strictly forbidden to touch other people’s stuff without their permission. You are also not allowed to enter other peoples rooms.

No other people then the guests are allowed on the property.

Please let us know in advance if any special food requirements or allergies.

Breakfast and lunch is served buffet style, and dinner is served as a 3 course meal.

When booking you have to pay a 30% deposit.

The full amount has to be paid 2 months before arrival.

Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before arrival.

If you book in groups of 2+ people you get a 5% discount.
